we highly enjoyed our stay, everything we needed were there, everything worked and we could always get answers at all our questions. And the last,but not least: tops of Ararat from our window - it was amazing surprise. Michael is professional, flexible,thoughtful host. For somebody it may be a bit too warm because of the hitter and the dogs from the house downstairs were some nights barking,but it was pretty easy for us to solve with the earplugs and opening the window. Thanks a lot for everything! We highly recommend this apartment for everyone who wanna be in center of Yerevan, surrounded by good cafés, museums and beuatiful architecture. all shops are very close as well.

Great place, super close to the center, walkable, still quiet at night. I really appreciated the self-check-in, since I arrived early morning. Michael's team was very responsive, and fixed very fast what I asked. Fully equipped for longer stay as well. I will 100% book again if I stay in Yerevan in the future.
