Absolutely fantastic location for relaxing. Easy communications and local recommendations from host throughout and personally met to check in and show us around the property. Excellent facilities. Would highly recommend and hope to return another time.

Our family of very mixed ages from 6 months to mid seventies really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The setting was beautiful, if a little challenging to reach, but all facilities both exterior and interior were excellent. We really made use of the pool and the lawn areas and had a choice of locations for meals during the stay. I think we worked out successfully the recycling timetable though additional bins/bags in the kitchen area might have helped a little to keep the area tidier during our stay. But these are minor things in an otherwise lovely and restful location - oh and by the way the nearest shop, an alimentare down the hill at Pieve sells everything you might need. Thanks also to your agent Sig Riccardo for finding a lost necklace with a promise to post it back to the UK. Would definitely recommend this location for a stay in northern Tuscany with a beach trip only 20 or so minutes away.

Das Haus von Daniele liegt wunderschön hoch in den Bergen von Camaiore / Pieve. Der Blick und die Ruhe sind wunderbar. Der Pool ist groß mit einem kühlenden Wasserfall, der automatisch läuft und hat eine wunderbare Lage. Der Garten- terrassenförmig- ist liebevoll angelegt- hat im oberen Bereich ein naturbelassenen Teil aber unten eine schöne Wiese. Die vielen Kräuter und Blumen haben wir gerne bewässert. Wir hatten leichte Probleme das Haus zu finden, da die Zufahrtstrasse recht eng und kurvenreich ist, auf das Navi war leider nicht Verlass. Die Küche ist riesig, ist eingerichtet gem. der Fotos, mit Pizzaofen, Gasherd und Spühlmaschine ( ein Backofen fehlt ) - jedoch hatten wir eine größere Arbeitsfläche ( 1x1 m vorhanden) und auch generell mehr Abstellfläche für eigene Einkäufe gewünscht, da der große Küchenschrank mit vielen Küchenutensilien bestückt ist. Die beiden Zimmer im Haupthaus sind gut, jedoch das 3. SZ / im 2. kleinen Haus über dem Hof / könnte eine neue Matratze gebrauchen. Der sehr große Sonnenschirm im Patio benötigt einen neuen und großen Ständer, wir konnten ihn daher wenig nutzen. Gerne hätten wir auch Sitzunterlagen für die Plastikstühle im Garten und Patio sowie auch bessere Sonnenliegen gehabt. Das WLAN ist leider sehr schwach. Wir hatten wunderbare erholsame 2 Wochen und danken der Familie von Daniel
