This property was perfect for our stay. Great house with all the comforts. Easy location for driving and walking. While we did not go to the beach area, it was very accessible by foot. The weather was unusually cold but the house was nice and warm…we really loved the downstairs heater because it was like we had a fireplace that kept us toasty. We did have a little issue with the combo lock, but Kirby was quick to respond and help us out. Our only suggestion would be to add mirrors to the bedrooms. That’s not a complaint, just a friendly suggestion.

Thank you, Kirby, for such a perfect stay!!! This was the best weekend for our group of 4 best friends celebrating our 55th birthdays. We had planned to go into town and go out to eat and shop but the house was SO cozy, warm and perfect that we only left to walk the neighborhood and to the local beach! The home was incredibly clean, well stocked, and adorable. Beds were comfortable as were blankets, pillows and couch. Abundant supply of towels and nice touches like paper towels and coffee filters. We felt immediately at home and literally were in the house for two straight days. We are already planning to make it an annual event! Kirby was a great host - she offered local recommendations and clear instructions. We will be back! Thank you!

Great place! Very relaxing! Cozy and comfortable! Host was quick to respond to any questions I had. House was very clean. Came up for a relative’s birthday party at Saybrook Point Resort , house was very close to the resort.

We had a wonderful stay at Kirby's place! Very spacious for a group of 5 guests - two bathrooms are a major plus. We also enjoyed making use of the 500-piece puzzle and tick-tack-toe set. Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent AirBnB and host. Sweet place with easy walking (1 mile) to the beach. This home is set up for travelers. The kitchen has the basics, including good knives and cutting boards, plenty of space to work, decent lighting. The bathrooms have plenty of towels and that rarity of amenities, tissue boxes. In each bedroom there are good storage options (closets with hangers, plenty of drawers and tables). There are puzzles, books, and games. The host answered every question very quickly and extended several courtesies to us, which were both kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
