This is a gem in Lima! A great location, very comfortable, plenty of space. Much nicer than being in a hotel. I highly recommend it!

Great location to stay. Near restaurants and groceries. Quite neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Comfortable beds and clean. Host was great and always responsive.

Green Pear was my home from home for 4 months. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The place was clean, the towels and blankets were fluffy, and the kitchen was well- stocked. Whenever I contacted Landin he responded quickly and was always very helpful and accommodating. It's in a good location too, close to everything. I would recommend here to anyone interested in a short weekend or a long term stay.
