Overall we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. The Host is very responsive with all our queries. The house is right at the beach front. The beds in the basement room was upgraded and better than the photo. There's newly installed roof at the veranda, w/c is very nice. There are 6 dining chairs inside the house and 6 monoblock chairs outside with 1 foldable table. Not enough for 16 guests, but they have chairs and tables for rent. Check out time is at 12pm but the internet was turned off remotely at 9:30am. The beach is rocky by the shore but will be sandy in a few meters. I suggest to use aqua shoes. The videoke from the resort next too them is too loud, but these are out of the host control. There's a small store in the resort just ask their staff for availability of items. Lastly, mineral water and gas for cooking are free.

Our 2nd time at Rica's Beach Resort. This is always my top choice for our Family Summer Outing as the place is really nice and clean. Beach is just infront of our place (Rosal House) . Can't wait for my 3rd time. Thank you Rica.

Our stay at Villa Rica-Natural Beachfront Sanctuary in Lemery was satisfactory - with Rica being an excellent hostess! She was always responsive and understanding with each message.

The place was great! Enough space for everyone. Everything was as listed or shown in the pictures, the beach (clean and a bit rocky but it clears out a few steps in and you can enjoy the sand) is right in front. The host and the staff were very responsive and quick to attend to our needs. Will definitely come back — with family or friends.
