This 2 BR / 2 BA condo is located within walking distance to campus and downtown. It is an owner-managed corner unit on the first floor, and is set up for your comfort and convenience! It is perfect for game weekends, graduation and so much more! Free parking included (2 passes); there is PHEV parking available (must bring your own level 2 charger). We offer weekly & monthly discounts! Send us a message with any questions and we'll respond ASAP! Kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic amenities plus a toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle and blender. The kitchen even has a built in desk perfect for setting up a laptop should you need to work during your stay. Both king size beds have memory foam mattresses and hotel quality sheets! The living room features a recliner and reclining sofa. There is a floor mattress and twin size air mattress if bringing extra guests.

Great game day condo! Walkable to downtown and about a mile from the stadium. We had a great time and would definitely go back for another game.
Absolutely adorable place. Immaculate and exactly as described. The train wasn’t even an issue, though it was disclosed. It was so convenient to our granddaughters apartment and to restaurants and so close to the ballpark for the Arkansas/Auburn series! We loved it and definitely recommend it. We want to come back! 5 stars for sure!
Lee-Kate’s place is perfect and great location! First time visiting Auburn and truly enjoyed it. As described in the description, there are train tracks however, it wasn’t a bother or problem at all. Great hosts and very responsive! Would definitely recommend Lee-Kate’s place!

This is an apartment complex. Our unit is located on the 1st floor and on the end of the building.
The complex is about a 10-15 minute walk to campus and a short drive to downtown Auburn. It is a perfect location for gameday and many other events happening in Auburn.

Born and raised a Tiger, I attended school at Auburn in the early to mid-90s. After college, I moved to Birmingham where I met my husband who is also an AU alum. We love sharing our home away from home with others and making it as comfortable and memorable as possible! We are not on-site but are accessible most hours of the day through the Airbnb messaging center. We have an emergency contact in town who can assist with any unforeseen issues.
