This cozy getaway in New Meadows 20 minutes from McCall. This one bedroom with king size bed in an updated condo offers a modern kitchen and comfortable living area with a quiet private patio. This cozy upstairs unit has access to resort amenities: outdoor pool (open only during summer), tennis & pickleball courts, golf and gym. Great location close to downtown McCall, hot springs, Davis Beach, Ponderosa State Park, Brundage Resort and Golfing. snowmobiles parking available in subdivision. The condominium is located in Meadow Creek Golf Resort. Please note that the condominium is shy of 900 sq ft in the Aspen Building @ Meadow Creek Lodging Suits. My adorable condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, with a cozy living room that has a Queen size sofa bed. Please note it sleeps 4 if the individuals are willing to share beds (King bedroom & Queen sofa bed). I do not have 4 separate beds. My place provides a warm and welcoming space to relax and unwind in comfort. The full kitchen is well stocked with kitchen wear & appliances that allows for delicious meals throughout your stay. Place is stocked with blankets to get cozy by the fireplace. The resort has plenty of amenities for most outdoor activities. In addition to the 18-hole golf course, heated swimming pool for a small daily fee(open after Memorial Day and closes right after Labor Day), and tennis/pickleball courts for a small fee. In winter months there are cross-country ski trails, snow-shoeing on the golf course, sledding and as well as access to forest service lands for snow-mobile excursions. Nearby activities include Brundage Ski Area, white-water rafting on the Salmon River, excursions to the Snake River, mountain-bike trails on the nearby forest service roads as well as ATV access to the National Forest. Zims Hot Springs is conveniently located 7 minutes away. A scenic cruise on Payette Lake is always a favorite with visitors. Trailer parking for snowmobiles is available in the subdivision about half a mile from the condo. Please ask for directions if needed.
