While the location and access to the beach was amazing, the pics alluded to this having a view. The only view was of other houses. That was a bit disappointing. The house itself was huge and accommodated all of us well, but it also needs serious maintenance, from loose floorboards, doors slipping off hinges, not enough hot water for all to shower, and deck boards that are loose. It was also very dirty and we had to call for sheets for the master bed, as it did not have any when we arrived. Overall, good and bad.

Amazing “space” and location….but You are paying for that location and access to the golf cart. The space was perfect for the size family we had, yet it lacked any extras or warmth. You need to bring everything, including beach towels. Beach chairs, bathroom supplies, laundry detergent, etc…..and Ice maker can not keep up with large party. As long as you know this ahead of time, you are good. Definitely grocery shop in Corpus Christi or other large town. Limited and expensive in Port Aransas. Management company was very responsive. If you use Air BnB, make sure to sign the golf cart waiver ahead of time. We wasted 1.5 days figuring that out and had a missing key. Otherwise, we made the best of it…yet I expected more for > $1,000/ night

This is a wonderful home for a large group! The elevator made access easy for my mother in law who struggles with stairs and made getting luggage to the different floors SO easy. We hope to return again next year!

Great place for our entire family to stay. It was my impression that the golf cart was included in the price, but I found out the week of our stay that it was an extra cost. No matter… We opted NOT to pay for the golf cart because of this. The walk to the beach actually wasn’t bad at all, even with young kids in tow. Overall we had a great time. Thank you!
