Aimee and Andres fell in love with Bentonville, AR over the first half of Spring Break 2020 - art and nature together, trails galore, modern with a small town feel. And in love with THESE homes the moment they saw them - just a few blocks to downtown square (i.e. walking distance to yoga!). Looking at homes that day, on a whim - planning for an early retirement in a few years from being a Paramedic (a former marine) - they could see their future in Bentonville with their four children and Goldendoodle. Andres is an avid ultra trail runner, and although they love their Austin, TX home, he has run every trail there already! Yoga and the outdoors have also helped Aimee heal her travel anxiety following her parents passing away. Nothing compares to the trails of Arkansas. Lush nature surrounds this state that is over 50% forested and in case it hasn’t been mentioned..you can walk to yoga class! So, excited to be part of a vibrant up and coming town that meets their entire wishlist, they went with their gut (sometimes life knows what you need) and purchased The Eugene & The Lousie. Named The Eugene after Aimee's parents (Eugene is her father’s middle name), and The Louise after Aimee's mother's middle name - as they reminds her so much of her grandparents home she visited every summer in Ohio.
