if looking to stay in/near Old Town/Royal Mile/Grass market, this is a great location. There is some work being done outside on street which started pretty early in the morning but generally building was quiet, next to a pretty park, is across from paid parking garage, we felt safe walking around the entire area. there were a couple of issues with upkeep/maintenance/ cleanliness of the home, details I emailed quartermile about (mold/mildew in shower in master bathroom, walls dirty in a couple of places, grout missing around a large portion of floor tiles in 2nd bathroom, and some of the pillows were uncomfortable). if those issues are fixed, this would be a great place to stay. Coffee with milk creamer was provided, and we had all dishes and utensils we would need. Quartermile was responsive, check in was easy with Quartermile meeting us, letting us in , showing us around and answering any questions. overall, the apartment served our purposes and we enjoyed our time in Edinburgh.

Great location close to all of the attractions, great restaurants and the Fringe Festival. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado y cerca de varios lugares para poder hacer compras y tomar café. Además, queda a pocas cuadras de la Universidad de Edimburgo y de varios sitios turísticos. Sin embargo, al momento de recibirnos, la persona fue muy descortés a dar las instrucciones del parking posiblemente porque estaba muy apurado. De otro lado, el apartamento no estuvo limpio encontramos cosas dentro del lavavajillas y no estuvo muy equipado tampoco en la cocina tal como lo ofrecía el anuncio y hasta encontramos una media de otra persona abajo en la cama con todo lleno de polvo.

Excellent modern, clean apartment in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the castle. Great bakery on the doorstep too for a great breakfast. Highly recommend.

The flat location is great as everywhere was walking distance it’s also nice and quiet as it’s out the hustle and bustle. Two good sized rooms both with separate bathrooms which works well for two couples. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Edinburgh.
