This enchanting cabin, nestled in the trees, is all yours with a stunning view of the the lake from the living room or from the hot tub on the deck. The fireflies really do visit at dusk in the warmer months! The indoor space is wide open, cozy and very comfortable. KING SIZE Serta mattress, walk in shower with rain head, open kitchen with glass cook top, microwaveremote control fireplace, fire pit/charcoal grill, gas griddle, ample parking of truck and boat trailer, access to boat launch. Firefly Hideaway has recently undergone a complete makeover! Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the entire house. The bedrooms are brightly accented with shuddered windows. Closet space and chest of drawers in the king bedroom. The bath has quartz vanities and an oversize tile shower with soothing rain head and sliding glass door. The view of the lake through two 6x6 windows is almost as incredible from the inside as from outside!

Peaceful, clean, relaxing place.
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cozy home. we did not want to leave! we had fresh baked cookies upon our arrival that they left as a treat. the bed was as if we were sleeping on a cloud. the view of the backyard is breathtaking.
We had a great stay for a girls getaway weekend! Great kitchen for cooking, great living space for relaxing, hot tub, and a great shower. The house was so clean and stocked with everything you could need!
The firefly hideaway was exactly what we were looking for. Dwight and Tony were very friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed fossil hunting and exploring the lakes. Adults enjoyed the peace and the fire pit. The house and location were exactly as described with lots of thoughtful touches.
We enjoyed our peaceful retreat at Dwight and Toni’s cute little firefly cabin. It was very clean, with everything you need to have a great stay in the cabin. Toni was sweet to make fresh baked cookies.. which hit the spot when we got there. We highly suggest staying at their cabin if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

Recent guests described our neighborhood by saying, "it reminded them of Colorado". There are not many flat streets. The elevation descends to Tucker's Cove in just a few short blocks. Lots of towering oaks, cedars and some pines blend together for beautiful surroundings.
Firefly Hideaway is located in an inviting subdivision that leads down to the small beach, boat docks and launch ramp. We offer a new golf cart for rent to explore the area. Just let us know if you want to rent it when you book your stay.
