Well what can I say, Alan and Ian really know what they are doing, committed to going above and beyond. Alan advised we could check it earlier, so we did, told us everything we needed with underfloor heating, windows gates ect. Once we settled in checked to made sure we were all ok. Then on check out Ian checked we were all ok nothing seemed to much hard work. little extras like, tea, coffee, biscuits, crossiants were an added bonus. The location was very picturesque with local walks for the dogs if you bring them along. Local pub on door step. The only issue we went to a birthday and feeling fragile woke to hear motocross in full flow at 8:45am, however Alan did advise about the event on our arrival. Apart from that perfect and would highly recommend and would return with our fur babies next time.

Lovely short break, accommodation exactly as described. A little quirky but really liked that about the property. We were able to check in early which was appreciated. It was a bit cold but on a sunny day a fabulous spot to sit out and eat your breakfast. Friendly little village and local pub has good menu choice. Lovely welcome basket on arrival… would highly recommend property if you’re looking for a chilled break!

A great spotless place to stay, well equipped and fabulous location perfect for out two dogs and lots of walks close by we will definitely use again when we are back in this area for work or a holiday 👍
