Nice property and location but difficult to find, especially when the host sends you an address that’s in Beattysville which is many miles away. Evidently, Host knows this has been a problem but hasn’t figured out how to correct it yet. Beware the host expects the guest to travel 25 minutes away to perform check-in procedure which is not disclosed until after booking even tho the house has a lockbox with a key available. After repeatedly asking for a simpler check in option I was informed of the lockbox on premises. However, lockboxes only work with the correct access code. So when the host gives you the wrong code it makes for an even more frustrating experience at 8:00 at night after a 10 hour drive. Very basic accommodations with 0 and I mean zero condiments in kitchen, no strainer for pasta etc, but don’t worry, I invested in a new salt and pepper set for future guests. Shower is so small you can’t turn around in it without changing the water temperature accidentally.

Uncomfortable beds. Semi private second bedroom, open to the kitchen. No common spices No coffee filters No body wash/soap No cozy soft blankets for lounging

Loved the quiet - just far enough away from the crowds at Miguel’s but still close to climbing. Cottage is simple, clean and comfortable.

This place was adorable! We have stayed in many in cabins in the natural bridge/ red river gorge area and this might be one of our favorites so far! It was super spacious and very clean. The views outside were also gorgeous and very private. It has two bedrooms and we were pleasantly surprised with the two twin beds in the loft. I would highly recommend this place!
