Villa Asteria has a total of 2 sitting-dining rooms, 3 kitchens, 4 bedrooms (plus 2 extra single beds not in a bedroom) and 6 bathrooms. The Villa is split in a 2-bedroom Maisonette, a separate 1-bedroom Apartment (where the two single beds are located) and a separate studio. It has amazing sea views from every room, A/C, heating, fireplace, Starlink satellite Wifi, parking and fully equipped kitchens. The private pool area has got 6 sun-beds, a large dining table, a lounge and outdoor shower. Luxuriously appointed villa Asteria is a lovely villa that enjoys a stunning location, situated uphill over Nikiana village, with breathtaking views to the sea and the Acarnanian Mountains across. Nikiana village, just 2kms away, features the only sandy beach in the east coast of Lefkada. Set in a private complex of three detached villas, filled with trees and fragrant flowers, this beautifully designed and equipped villa can accommodate 10 persons and is complemented by a magnificent private pool (8m x 4.5m). The traditional and luxurious villa interior creates a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and all of its rooms allow uninterrupted views to the sea. Villa Asteria (red villa) consists of three spaces with their own separate entrance: a) The Maisonette (first floor and second floor) that has got two bedrooms with balconies (one double, one twin) and en suite bathrooms with bathtubs, one bathroom with shower (and washing machine) in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofas and fire place, dining room space, and private patio in front of the villa. b) The Apartment with one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and direct exit to the pool and a sitting room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, plus a separate wooden sleeping space with two single beds (not a private bedroom) and a bathroom with shower (and washing machine). c) The studio situated right next to the Apartment with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen and dining table and its own entrance at the private pool level. Throughout the property there is Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, Flat TV, DVD player, and central heating as well as fireplace for a wintertime long stay rental. The villa furnishings and fittings are all of excellent quality and high standards aiming to make guests feel at home. The kitchens are fully equipped, with vitroceramic cook top, fridge, oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. Upon your arrival, our property manager will let you in (unless arranged otherwise), greet you with a welcome basket and tell you all the important information about the house and the island. He will be available on call for your every need during your stay. A car is necessary for our Villas.
