This place is extremely well located, right in the centre of Pythagorion and in a lovely quit area. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! Also is Stamatia a super great host, who is very good and fast in communicating.

Stamatia is a very kind and friendly host and her house has been a beautiful place to spend our holidays in Samos. The house is really nice, clean and offers everything you may need during your stay. The position just behind the main street of Pythagorion is awesome as you can easily reach in few steps any service you need (markets, shops, restaurants, etc..). If you plan to use a car you have car rental agencies just down the street and a big public parking 1 minutes walk from the house. If not, Taxi parking is just around the corner! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the beautiful Samos island.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It’s small and cute, and the host is very nice too. The price for us was relatively cheap (€60 per night). However we weren’t able to sleep comfortably in the beds. The pillows are very low quality and so are very uncomfortable. The mattresses could also be better. There is also no air conditioning in the main bedroom. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem since you can sleep with the window open. However the bedroom is right next to a road which can be rarely loud at night, especially when scooters are driving past. So you can sleep with the windows closed and air conditioning on from the living room, but this is not so great as it takes a while to cool down the bedroom then. In the end we were supposed to spend 6 nights here, but decided to spend the last 2 nights at a place where we could sleep more comfortably. I do hope the host will fix these issues as then it would be much nicer. One more minor issue which they easily fix is the shower: the angle of the shower head points towards to the wall, so you need to hold it in one hand to shower. It’s a bit annoying, but not a big deal.
