If you are debating whether to stay at Steven’s place, this is your sign to book it! Everything was as described and it exceeded our expectations! The home was very clean and my family felt right at home. We had everything we needed from condiments, cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella, and lots of other necessities! There is nothing more comforting than arriving at a airbnb after a long travel day and being greeted by a cozy home with a spectacular view. I highly recommend this place!!

This place was a perfect location for taking my daughter to space camp! Really beautiful space with a perfect ocean view and our host was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this space!

Our family had such an amazing time in Cocoa Beach. The location was perfect. Awesome beach days, walking distance to the park and splash pad, wonderful local restaurants, clean spacious condo that makes you feel like you are at home, and perfect view for the awesome rocket launches. Great stay!

The condo was perfect for a beach get a way. Beautiful view from the porch and quick to the pool and ocean. Condo is in close proximity to the elevator, trash, pool which made for very easy access to the car and amenities. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items and we appreciated the beach chairs! Easy checkout instructions, over all I highly recommend. Thanks for letting us use your place for the week! Wonderful spring break location.

Super location, most excellent accommodations. It had everything we needed...even lounge chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler to take to the beach!
