This house is amazing, don’t get me wrong. The location, the view… terrific! It’s truly one of the most impressive homes I’ve ever been in. That’s what makes what I’m about to say so disappointing. This home was filthy. Several lights were out completely including both in the very long, dark stairwell. The toilet was not fixed as Vacasa claims. The one in the master bath ran the entire time. I had to shut off the water at night to sleep. Honestly, I wish I could share photos. The master bed was slept in and the sheets weren’t cleaned. They were full of hair and wrinkled from being slept on. You could clearly see where both bodies were laying. There were bugs in the house, big purple stains in the fridge, dirty dishes in the sink, dirt and stickiness all over the floors, sticky counters, dirty dishes in the cabinets, trash on the ground below the balcony, cigarette butts and joints in the fire-pit, smudges and filth on the wall in the kitchen, etc. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in the house. On top of that we were given one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for three days. Barely any dish washing liquid, not even enough coffee grounds to make a single pot and no creamer. Toiletries looked like they were taken from hotels, tiny shampoo and conditioner and mini soaps. Wal-Mart quality kitchen knives. It all felt kind of… cheap. We paid $2k/night to stay (though I see the upcoming next four nights have been marked around $550). That stings a little. When we asked if we could check out an hour and a half later because my family was flying out and it would have been easier with our schedule Vacasa said no because they needed to pre-pare for the next guests. Again, the next four nights are marked as available. Anyways, I’ve stayed at $100/night places that were much nicer in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Even a dove body wash and some herbal essences would have felt nicer in the bathroom. Many places provide a few snacks or cereal, muffins, bottled water, a handful of sodas. For 2k a night it should have been much nicer than it was. Additionally, Vacasa is a giant corporation and you will talk to a different person every time you reach out. By the time a human person actually spoke to me via the phone we were halfway through our stay. Before that can was kicked down the road by agent after agent. It took days to get the light bulbs replaced. When they did send a handyman over he was really nice. The handyman was seemingly the most capable person at Vacasa. The owner of the home should look for another company or person to manage his airbnb. These people are not up to the task and do not seem capable of maintaining this gorgeous property. I would feel disappointed if I returned to find the house in the state we found it in as the owner. I will add, when we arrived the doors were not locked, the alarm wasn’t on, and the key was hanging in the garage door.

This is a beautiful place in a beautiful location. However when we arrived, there was no running water. Vacasa customer service did send out a maintenance worker very quickly, but this problem could not be fixed. It was quite unfortunate. It would have been great if this had been vetted before we arrived. We were left scrambling on a weekend to find another place. We were in town for a funeral and this made the weekend unnecessarily stressful.

This is an amazing house in a beautiful location. We enjoyed all the space and the amazing game room. 2 of the toilets were clogged when we got there and one of the others kept getting stuck and would run continuously. There were also notes and signs all over saying not to go into certain rooms and not to have extra people there, a lot of notes, that along with hardly anything stocked around the house just made it feel unwelcoming. It was a nice place but for the cost I would have expected a better experience.

Very nice home with great view. Quite and comfortable with plenty of room for our party of 10. Very much enjoyed our stay.
