The villa is the ideal location for visiting all the main places of interest in Tuscany. Florence with its magnificent palaces and museums, Siena with its splendid shell-shaped square, Lucca with its ancient walls, Pisa with the leaning tower and San Gimignano with its towers and the best ice cream of the world!! On the ‘via Francigena’ close to Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca: Villa Piaggia is an independent and completely private villa for 19 people, with a swimming pool. The villa has 10 bedrooms with air conditioning and 15 bathrooms, a big and well equipped kitchen, two dining rooms, one of which with a fireplace, TV room, billiard room, and several living areas. It is surrounded by a lush garden with a panoramic swimming pool (14X9 meters) for the exclusive use of the guests. Overlooking the swimming pool, a loggia with sofas, a dining area and barbecue. Villa Piaggia exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do it justice of just how beautiful it is. Simona was our amazing contact for the trip who bent over backwards to accommodate us and every request we had even months beforehand. Our guests had a truly wonderful time and we couldn't be happier with our stay.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à la découverte de la Tosacane . La villa se prête réellement aux grandes familles, chacun avait son indépendance ! La dégustation de vin comprise dans la location était exceptionnelle ! C'est une grande maison ancienne, le confort est à son échelle.Les salles de bains auraient besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement pour qu'elles fonctionnent correctement... Attention au coût du chauffage et du feu à rajouter en plus de la location (à cette époque là(Fin Avril) ,indispensable. Merci à Simona qui a toujours été très présente et réactive à nos demandes !
Stunning villa and gardens! We spent 4 days here to celebrate my parents 70th birthday. We were 15 adults and 3 babies. The house is old with real charm, you feel like you step back in time when you enter, but the house is very well kept and clean. Nice decor and furniture. Some of the beds need replacing and we would have preferred light duvets to wool blankets. We made use of the breakfast and dinner service. It was so nice to wake up to a set breakfast table. They take care of all the preparations and leave the place spotless. Dinner service is also recommended, I would say the standard is homestyle, but nicely presented. The staff were professional and helpful. Amazing wine from the owners vineyard available for purchase during your stay. Housekeeping did minimal in our case, just the beds. Come prepared to fight the mosquitos, we didn't have any repellent spray with us, luckily they were supplied by the villa. We rented cars from Pisa airport (1 hour scenic drive), and visited Castelfalfi and San Gimignano during our stay. Great communication, Simona was very helpful. Thank you for having us, we would definitely return for another stay.
