This past weekend I stayed with my family at this house and our was experience was nothing short of excellent. The house is great if, like us, you are visiting Woodstock or surroundings towns; AND the house is also great as a destination in itself—for example, we had made dinner reservations to fabulous Silvia in Woodstock but decided to cancel at the last minute and stay at the house enjoying the wood burning stove and the relaxing environment and space. The house and the entire property are beautiful, spacious, and well maintained—everything is super clean and well furnished. We definitely plan to return this spring or summer. ❤️

My family and I had a great stay! The location of the home was very private, with beautiful surroundings, and was only a half hour drive to Hunter Mountain. It also snowed during our stay, and the hills and driveway were perfect for the kids to go sledding! The inside of the home was spacious, and well stocked with towels, extra linens, and every day kitchen items. There was also a fireplace that was perfect for making s’mores! Overall would highly recommend!

Such a wonderful house in a beautiful property. Was perfect for our group of 8 friends and our dog! Great communal spaces with large windows and high ceilings. Jo was very responsive.

Property is very beautiful and house has a lot of windows. In the winter the grounds were not mowed as much as in the photos (trail was overgrown). Interior a bit dated (old appliances) but very clean and usable. Hosts very responsive and helped me out with several maintenance situations quite promptly. A good value for the price if you want a nice outdoor space to view and hang out it. In a quiet area without much traffic.

This rental is the perfect New York get away. You're 20 minutes from the downtown area but also have a fully stocked and private house if you don't want to leave. The entire atmosphere is fantastic! The kitchen was our main draw for our fall getaway and it didn't disappoint. There's also a charcoal and gas grill outside. All the bedrooms are spacious and very private. The bedroom on the first floor is a little cold but if you turn the heater on for an hour or so before bed you're good to go! Overall the stay was a 10/10 and would recommend anyone to stay there. P.S. (The water had an egg smell one night, but looks like that came from using the water all day for cooking, showering, etc)
