Dunes villa was magnificent and a wonderful swim spa was luxurious. We spent a lot of time at the spa to relax and recuperate. The gas wood heater in the house went out of order shortly before our arrival so it was very cold inside. Two oil heaters were already on, but they couldn't heat the house quickly. Theodora had everything under control. In half an hour, the staff bought and delivered two new heaters, and an hour later the house became cozy and warm. We just wanted to thank Theodora for her concern and putting the interests of the guests ahead the additional costs, as she advised us to turn on everything in the house that can help us warm up faster. We really appreciate it. The weather did not spoil us, but Port Fairy remains fairy at any time of the year.

Such a beautiful, well maintained, squeaky clean and well presented place to stay. The swim spa was amazing. Perfect for a getaway with family or friends. Everything was as described and great communication with the owner.
