We had a lovely stay in Patù. The property is large and well kept, and perfect when you are a large group. The houses are large with very high ceilings, large bathrooms and nice private patios. The village is very charming. Right next to the property there is Bar Eden, where we had coffee and breakfast everyday. On the village piazza 2 mins away, there is an excellent restaurant (Rua De li Travaj) and a lovely wine bar with local wine. There is also a little food shop, pizza restaurant and a pasticceria close by. Really everything you need! The only thing I feel we should mention is that some of the houses have central air conditioning and doesn’t get cooler than 26 degrees C in high summer (we were there in July) The staff was very helpful though and provided extra fans for those who needed it. But if you are very sensitive to heat be aware of which house you choose beforehand. All in all we loved the property and Puglia, and would recommend both!
