Absolutely beautiful location. The flat was clean and homey, lots of personal touches, the beds were super comfy and the shower had great water pressure. We felt right at home. The view is breathtaking and the deck is definitely an added bonus along with the wild life, which was so fun to watch while enjoying your morning coffee. . Would definitely stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We really appreciated our stay here. It was as described and was a good value for a place to stay with two bedrooms and bathrooms. There was a lovely view from the very large balcony out over lovely vegetation with the ocean in the distant.

Delia’s place was exactly how it looked on the listing. I loved the view from the lanai for the sunrise, big space for all 5 of us, peaceful and beautiful. It is off grid, but it is so comfortably set up that you don’t notice it while you get the benefit of the beautiful, secluded scenery of being off grid. We were unfortunate and didn’t get to meet Delia and Kim in person, but they still left some welcome drinks for us, set up an air mattress, and were hospitable. They also send instructions ahead of time with good pictures so you won’t have any issues finding the place. I would definitely come back to Delia and Kim’s if we get an opportunity to come back to big island again!

This location is perfect if you’re trying to unplug and reconnect with nature! My family and I enjoyed everything from the views of the ocean and lizards that welcomed us in the morning…to the fruit trees, scenic views of the property and sounds of nature that lulled us to sleep at night. We could have stayed in the accommodations all weekend if we wanted, it was that nice! Not to mention the vegan breakfast burritos 😁. The 2 bedroom flat was spacious, equipped with a great kitchenette, and the hosts even provided board games and other fun supplies for the family. The surrounding areas included family friendly hikes, goat farms, lava tours, great restaurants, a huge farmer’s market and places to shop. Don’t think twice about booking at Delia’s!

Absolutely beautiful view. Very peaceful and private. Wonderful balcony with comfy chairs. Small kitchen, but clean and everything we needed was there. Very fast communication. No cell service (which was clearly communicated) but great WiFi. We would definitely stay here again when we are back on the island.
