Communication was very good and the house pretty much as described. I would not discourage against staying here however i was a bit suprised that there was very obvious evidence of fire damage in the kitchen (black stains on the ceiling and damage to kitchen appliances). When i reached out i was told that it was the previous tenant and that they forgot to tell me. Everything still worked just fine but it was definitely a bit disconcerting. Ultimately though i think the place was mostly fine and id probably be happy to stay again.

Positives: - quick to respond and friendly, - well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, including portable fans in each room (not that we needed it) - guest bathroom shower pressure great things that could be improved: - did not actually try to let us in an hour early nor informed us, just tell us that it is not possible instead of leaving us hanging (we also informed them we land 6 hours early) - wasn't an ideal location. Was sold on the "close to napa!" but Napa dinners were minimum 30 minutes away, and most wineries that we ended up picking was an hour away - always a designated driver - last step halfway down the stair, liner is broken (dangerous/wobbly) - should be fixed - guestroom bathroom sink is very cloggy and isn't draining - master room bathroom shower pressure is super weak - fits 6 people but the lounging area does not fit 6 people, only room for 4 people, no coffee table - spider webs in areas showing us that not everything is being cleaned

Was easy to find the location, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The interior was clean, spacious and well organized. Small minor areas in the home could use some repairs. However owner was aware of the one I mentioned. If you are looking for a home with a well maintained front and back yard that you may want to enjoy or children to enjoy then you may want to consider a different property. Kitchen was stocked with supplies for cooking witch was very nice. A few things were needing to be restocked such as coffee however we happen to bring our own. TV works great. Was a bit bummed that we couldn’t find any board games with all the pieces. Overall if you are a family with older children who may not need a yard for entertainment this 3 bedroom is a good fit. For younger kiddos the front yard and back yard during our stay in March was unkempt and not suitable/set up or safe for enjoyment. Our stay was brief; just two nights. If you want to be close to 6 Flags this is great!
