This was our second visit and we stayed 7 days. The cardinal cabin had a well appointed kitchen stocked with coordinated pans and utensils, and everything in the house was nice-not a bunch of old things. The beds were extremely comfortable and group space ample and comfortable. We enjoyed the great view, the pontoon, and canoes. Our hosts were responsive and helpful and checked in w us but left us to our privacy. We would happily vacation here again. A perfect fall family vacation spot!

This was our second time at the Cardinal cabin. We love it! Very cozy and comfortable. It’s the perfect get away! The hosts are so personable and care about making our stay so perfect! We will be back and can’t wait!

The best 2 weeks of the summer. Kathryn and Greg are great caring hosts..Helpful with all concerns and good communications. We always appreciate the welcome gift after a long day on the road. Always look forward to returning.

Kathryn was a great host! We enjoyed our stay very much! It was such a nice cabin! Very comfortable and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Having the use of the paddle boards and pontoon was amazing! Her thoughtfulness of the cheese and wine as a welcome gift was such a surprise treat!! Thank you Kathryn!! It was perfect!!
