The unit was spacious and it's a true 2 bedroom. Some units advertise as a 1 bedroom but really it's a studio with a divider. Great place, the only thing tough is that their drop is in Basement 3 and you have to get luggage carts from the ground floor.

Just like John's many great places available, this one is again modern, simple, comfortable, and clean. Love how spacious this place was. Hands down one of the nicest ones I've stayed at in BGC, and it fit my family comfortably. I would like to book this room again, but one small thing for me, the bedrooms are on the side of the building facing the night club and bars across the street. Unfortunately, the night life kept me up during most of our stay with the loud music and loud late nighters, especially on the weekends. You would think being so high up that it would drown out the sound, but wish the windows and balcony door was more soundproof. If you are a heavy sleeper or wear earplugs while sleeping, then this place would be ok. Other than that, it is always a smooth stay with John as a host. I enjoy staying at one of his places.

The place we stayed was great, fantastic location, clean condo and it has all you need for a longer stay. Unfortunately we originally booked a larger condo from John in the same building but due to maintenance activities we were moved to this condo. Normally not an issue, but his condo was smaller than the one we booked and this was only communicated the day before we arrived so we had no real choice but to accept the move. In the end the condo was still great, but I would have preferred the original size. Also we paid the same for this smaller condo. I would still rent from John again though as his listings are good, decent value and in the best location in BGC.

Mr. John was a very polite and responsive host. Instructions provided were clear, no hassles in the check in/out plus the staffs in the receptions area were so polite. The place itself was very clean and had all the living necessities you would looked for ( everything as described in the unit were there ), heater was a plus and racks to hang your wet clothes, even a gallon of mineral water, extra sheets for the beds, pillows, and towels were also provided. Internet was fast. The view from the balcony is a sight to see especially at night. Landers is just down the building and Uptown mall on the opposite corner. My family truly enjoyed our stay. This place is highly recommended. Thank you John !
