Koo’s place went beyond our expectations. Not only was Koo friendly but she was really helpful with tips around the area. Her house is beautiful and very clean. We loved every moment of it. We will definitely want to come and have these memories with our family again.

We brought in the New year at Koo’s beautiful cabin! This place was AMAZING! Perfect set up for our family and the creek was an added bonus! Koo offered early check in and late check out without even having to ask, the cabin was stocked full of everything you need and clean as a whistle. We will definitely be back! I love going to Carrols Lodge. It’s a serene get away that has everything you need right at hand. We had a lot of fun fishing and truly enjoyed the fall colors and the leaves falling. Koo is the best host. She gave us early check in and late check out without having to ask. Thanks for another great stay!

We had such a wonderful weekend in Payson! Koo's cabin and property were just as described. We brought waders to explore the creek and go fishing. Definitely recommend this property for a peaceful, relaxing stay!
