Exceeded expectations! Our group traveled to Asbury Park for a friend’s wedding and decided to stay for the weekend and make a longer getaway out of the trip. Gemma’s property was perfect. It was within walking distance of the wedding venue and other great bars, restaurants, and shops in Asbury Park; had plenty of space in terms of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas; was beautifully decorated and furnished; and was incredibly clean. All relevant information that we needed was communicated clearly and proactively - we didn’t need to ask about anything once we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we would love to come back and stay again when it’s warmer since the property is only a 3 minute walk to the beach! Thanks to Gemma and her team for a great experience!

The house was lovely and had a great view! We even managed to catch fireworks from the boardwalk while sitting on the porch the first night of our stay. Super clean, the beds were so comfy, and plenty of space for our group. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay. We liked the place very much. Gemma and her team are very prompt and courteous in responses. It may be helpful to include in the check-in instructions about the precise location of this unit, as it could be a bit challenging to locate for the first time after dark.

Second time staying at this location and the place was just as great as it was 2 years ago. Great spot for a large group and very close to all of the hotspots in asbury. Hope to return again someday.

This house was perfect for a family gathering. The large, open kitchen-living area was ideal for cooking and spending quality time together. The coffee/bar area with its multiple coffee-making machines made the baristas in the family very happy. The kitchen was well stocked with every pan and utensil required by the family chef. The appliances are top notch and like new. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds exceptionally comfortable, and the linens super luxurious. We especially appreciated the games in the basement and most of all the bocce ball set! The location can't be beat: You can walk to the ocean or Asbury Park (via a pedestrian bridge over the lake) in minutes. It was exceptionally windy while we were there, but this house was warm and snug. We'd love to stay at the Eton House again!
