Had a beautiful last minute stay at the Shack with my 2 small dogs. Was warm and cozy! I did miss the outside toilet in the listing, which was completely on me, but wasn’t really a problem, just a tad cold in the rain. Close enough to others to feel safe and when travelling alone, but the block was lovely and felt really private. Highly recommend!

A little piece of heaven! We visited for the weekend to get out of the city & celebrate a birthday & we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, peaceful & comfortable place to stay. The Shack has everything you need to enjoy time away from it all. The indoor & outdoor fire places/pits made it even more special. Highly recommend this place if you want to get back to nature, enjoy beautiful walks & chill out. Highly recommend to other guests.

The Shack was a wonderful homely, comfortable and quiet place to spend the weekend. Little touches like dog treats and blankets made us feel that our dog was truly welcome, and details like teas and a coffee machine, milk in the fridge and chocolate on arrival was greatly appreciated and made us feel at home. Yard is amazing, perfect for relaxing with a book or bird watching, or having a camp-fire, or throwing the Frisbee for the dog. A really lovely stay, thank you
