The bedroom in this studio unit is large and airy, making it ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The bedroom's open design makes it simple to move around and make the most of the available space. This studio unit comes with a luxurious private bathroom. The restroom provides a shower and a place to put your necessities. The bathroom has modern and opulent aesthetics thanks to the use of high-quality fixtures and finishes. This kitchenette has everything you need to make quick meals and snacks. Along with a variety of necessary kitchen appliances, it has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and sink. This kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or reheat leftovers.

I stayed at Chris’s place during the holidays from mid December through Mid January. My stay there was amazing. Everything I needed was within walking distance (stores, restaurants, and grocers). Although there were other rental spaces on the property, I found the space quiet, safe, and private (especially with the private entrances). The bathroom was wonderful… loved the huge shower (plenty of room for shower yoga). The kitchen was perfect for my needs and had no issue preparing meals. I would definitely stay here again or try on of her other properties. Great host!!!

A quiet, peaceful and clean room. Loved the bathroom and how spacious it was. Location is great and near great grocery stores. Enjoyed my stay here!

Stayed here for 1 month from July into August.. Location is close by Castro valley downtown and highways..behind a gate feels like a secure spot to stay. The unit is small similar size to a hotel room with a twin size bed. Bed itself is not very comfortable. In the summer Castro valley can get hot had multiple days in the mid 90s and without AC it can be almost unbearable, even at night when it cools down. I had to buy an extra fan for 80$ that was better in quality than the one in the unit to stay cool. Unit was clean and had nice dishes, towels and other basic amenity needs which was nice. The host was friendly. The unit is attached to a house, also 2 other rental units within the same space. The house that the rental unit is attached to had multiple people come through while I stayed and I could hear them late at night which was annoying at times. Walls seem to be very thin. Laundry is shared with the 2 other rental units on the back and side of the unit which can be annoying at times when wanting to do laundry having to share with other guests. Does not have its own parking space at the unit but parking on the street is usually open for a close by spot.
