Was a very quick stay at Patrick's place so didn't really make use of all the facilities - just the bathroom and bedrooms. We had a car so can't rate how easy it is to get into Belfast City Centre other than driving but that was quick and easy. Quiet-ish area. Not many local amenities that I could see. Lots of shops shut down on the main road. Flat warmed up quickly when the heating was put on. Posters asking to turn it off but maybe if it was on a timer that may help with heating bills. Was half hoping for a tea bag and a drop of milk maybe as didn't have anything with us but I guess that all adds to the costs. Different hosts do different things. Patrick got back quickly to my query about parking and felt ok leaving the car outside the flat. Great place for a weekend in Belfast

Walking distance from city centre and from Kingspan (good place to stay if coming to watch a match).
