Fantastic house in a truly great location- right on the water and within very short walk of great restaurants. The house itself is really well configured and fitted out and feels bigger than the photos. A real highlight was sitting on the balcony overlooking the water. Tom and Marianne were incredibly helpful and responsive.

Beautiful house and location right on the water. We had a great stay for my mom's birthday. The house was spacious and very clean and almost everything (including some great restaurants) are within walking distance. The water view, spacious deck, and nice backyard (great for some Bocce ball) were perfect for our trip. Would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location!! This thoughtfully updated, but authentic older house is situated in the exact location to enjoy your Bristol stay. It's within walking distance of great eating places, shops, the bike trail (and shop to rent them) and the harbor. You can frame your day with quiet moments eating, reading or just talking on the deck and patio, and get the perfect sunset shot over the harbor and boats. You can walk or drive to the local beach, which was not crowded even in the height of summer. You can walk to Blithewold Mansion and Gardens. It's an easy half hour by car to Newport, which was fun to explore, but we appreciated coming back to the more serene and small town atmosphere of Bristol. Seemed more authentic and less tourist-y, though all the amenities are there too. Even found ourselves looking at house listings, which is always the sign of a truly great vacation!
