Place was clean and spacious. Tons of beds and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked and appliances, dishes etc were all in wonderful condition. The proximity to the mountain was superb. Bubble hockey game was broken and unable to be used. There were tons of tv's to choose from. The blankets on the beds were very thin and the toilet paper was thin as well. So if you bring your own blankets and toilet paper, you will be happy there.

This home was offered as a replacement to a different home we had because of water damage. i emailed about my husband having mobilty issues they assured me the bathroom was not in the master but easy access. not only was the bathroom teenytiny his walker would not fit in the doorway to both the bedroom and bathroom. made staying there very challenging. The main issue was the snow removal, non existence. Even give us a name of someone to call. we called multiple times to be told someone to would come. I am also disabled but more mobile. I shoved the drive way to to the plow mound. blow mound. No one ever came after 4 or 5 calls over a 2 day time.

We had three small families meeting for a weekend away in North Conway. This location was the perfect spot for us to make our home base. We did some shopping, went on a train ride, enjoyed going to Tuckermans Brewery and dinner at Flat Bread. It was a great location and amazing spot for our families!

The house itself is lovely and positioned well in north Conway. Ample space for 6 adults. The table tennis table was great fun. Terrible experience with vacasa in general. When we arrived the dishwasher wasn’t working and had old dirty water in the bottom. The garbage disposal wasn’t working and sink didn’t drain. We escalated with vacasa immediately and got told it was being flagged with local team. No one came out for 2 days despite us chasing. We ended up having to wash our plates and glasses etc in the bathroom sink - not a place you want to wash things you later eat off. Hardly ideal at all. No effort at all from vacasa to make amends or compensate. Have now raised with airbnb direct.
