Brad and his family were fantastic hosts. They were quick to respond and provided us with anything we needed. The house is very relaxing and central to explore the coast.

As hubby and I have lived on the coast and were seeing family we didnt spend much time at Brad's place other then to sleep. Beds were very comfortable. I didnt realize it was in a neighborhood; but, the back yard feels like you're in the country. It was very comfortable, quite and peaceful! The wiring to the home is a little wonky, but when we asked Brad about cerain plugs not working he immediately responded to which light switch would work the plugs. We did have an issue with the carbon warning, (needed new batteries) but Brad immediately told us where extra batteries were. Beautiful wood burning fireplace with available wood for that crazy winter vortex we had over the Christmas Holiday. We will definately try to book again on future visits. Great value! Oh and you will FALL IN LOVE with the pantry! Jealous much? Yes!!!! Thanks for having us Brad! Terrie and Pete Kieper

Great house for our family. Location was great location next to everything you could need. Quiet neighborhood!
