Sebastian’s place was great! He was very responsive and resolved any issues we had right away, giving us plenty of options to make our stay perfect! The place is in a great location, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Hope to be back soon!

great location. easy access to beach and many restaurants. nice people and huge pool.

The location was great because it was very close to restaurants, there was a little mini-mart right across the street where we could pick up a few groceries and coffee, and the beach was beautiful. You always have to remember to bring your fob with you or you can’t get back into the property through the gate. The room itself looked a little tired. Could use some fresh paint and a few minor repairs. Air conditioning worked well. If you want to watch TV you have to log in with your own app. There is no balcony and the view is the rooftop of another commercial building with the ocean in the distance. Sebastian and Gigi were both very responsive to all of my questions. We had a lovely time.

Excellent location with walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The place itself had everything you needed from kitchen utensils, beach chairs, sunscreen, washer… etc. The only thing is they don’t provide a parking pass so parking was a slight issue. Sometimes we’d get lucky with free street parking or we’d have to pay right across the street. So if you plan on renting a car I wouldn’t suggest staying at this location. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. The host, Sebastian was very communicative and checked up on us throughout our stay.

Really loved our stay and location. One thing to know is that parking is not included with the Airbnb. We had to pay upwards of 17$ every night for parking across the street. Otherwise loved the place. Felt super safe and a nice drive to San Juan or beaches.
