La petite maisonnette de Franca est simple, propre et très calme. Je m’y suis sentie tout de suite comme à la maison! Franca est souriante, réactive et serviable. Je recommande!!
Lovely place , very clean and beautiful location . The host was very nice and the stay was brilliant .
I cannot recommend to stay at Franca’s place. My experience with her was disastrous: 1) it costed me a night (+ charges) for not even using it, 2) it was very time consuming and 3) I even ultimately realised that she played me by delegating the right to refund me to Airbnb while she was actually the one in charge all along. To summarise, I sent the host the request for staying 1 night, the night of the same day of my request, with a message attached mentioning that my wife and I wanted to stay 1 night. When I sent that request I was assuming that the concept of guest was referring to the number of room or bed to be used (I thought because of the price of the stay). So, I had made that clear straight away… Good news for me initially, the host (Franca) has read, commented (welcomed) and validated my request. But then, 2 hours later, she sent me a change request to put 2 guests instead of 1… and automatically this doubled the price of the reservation. The price became then too high for me and I declined the request asking her to cancel the request and send me refund. She told me that she couldn’t do it herself and that I had to call Airbnb customer support to do it. I spent over 2 hours (4 calls) in that same afternoon with agents who tried to help and mediate with the host, no resolution could be found. I booked another place for my wife and I then. After 4 days of totally unnecessary discussions on the phone and chats on the app i finally understood that only the host could decide to refund me but Airbnb told me that Franca had rejected that request, charging me fully for the night, including the cleaning fees (!!). When I messaged her about my exasperation and disappointment, she even treated me guilty of mischievous lives up, saying I was trying to fraud… I admit I made a mistake mentioning just 1 guest but it was a fair mistake and I had it was joined with a clear message that we would be 2 people…. Anyway, If you talk to her, she will certainly send all the fault back to me, but at the end, I simply asked for a refund and she used every possible excuse to reject it. I will let you judge whether after getting my feedback and feeling of a very unfair, unfaithful and impolite conduct, it is still worthwhile to send her request to stay at her place.
