We had a great stay. The beach condo was bright, clean and literally steps from the beach. We could hear the waves coming into shore from our place. We had dinner and breakfasts out on the balcony with an ocean and park view. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place. Great location. Great host. Enjoyed our stay. It’s one of the few places with a clear ocean view that isn’t directly on the boardwalk.

Other than the condo being steps away from the beach and Belmont Park there isn’t Air conditioning in the condo so it does get hot during the day. Although at night you do want to open all the windows it does get noisy and very noisy in the morning cause you have to open all the windows to stay cool during the night.

We stayed 4 nights. It very close to the beach. The place is pretty nice and clean. My Family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place.

The beach community can be both quiet and cozy or active and bustling
depending on the season and what kind of experience you want to create
for yourself.
BEACH: The ocean is lively and the bay is quiet. We have beach towels,
blanket, chairs, umbrellas, and everything you might want!
MISSION BAY for WATERSPORTS & LOUNGING: Walk the bay
for a quieter outing or for activities like boats, paddle boards,
volleyball and more! Bahia resort with awesome beach chairs and tableside service are just a short walk away.
MISSION/PACIFIC BEACH for SURFING, DINING & NIGHTLIFE: Head to the beach boardwalk alongside the Pacific Ocean to
enjoy restaurants, bars, infamous nightlife, coffee shops and more
stretching from Belmont Park right next door or up to neighboring
Pacific Beach (restaurant and nightlife central.
RUNNING/BIKING: We have an assortment of bikes. For the active
traveler, there is a fantastic loop around the bay which is about 12
miles but I can also advise you on some great shorter routes. We also
have beach cruiser bikes to explore the area or even bike to nearby
Sea World.

WALK/BIKE/eSCOOTERS: The best of the beach community is easily
walkable or an easy bike ride at most. This location is literally the
epicenter of the San Diego beaches along the best section of Mission
Bay in the heart of Mission Beach where it meets Pacific Beach. I go
weeks without riding in a vehicle!
CAR RENTAL/PARKING: We have a small private garage, but unless you
are planning on taking day trips outside of the city, we HIGHLY
recommend uber/lyft for airport transport or venturing beyond the
immediate area. The wait is never longer than 1-3 minutes and the fare
is usually significantly less than parking would be.
Unless you've visited the area you don't realize just how great this
location is.... you are walking distance to dozens of rooftop
restaurants, beachfront bars, coffee shops, and even fine dining right
on the water. Surf shops, watersport rentals, e-scooters, groceries,
and yoga are also steps away. Check out my guidebooks for all the
