Room was lovely and clean and looked exactly like the photos online. very easy to get to with the tram stopping just outside and lovely bars and restaurants all around to enjoy!

I am not rating the place but the person as this place does not belong to Victoria therefore I cannot rate it as her being the host because she is not. I actually extended my stay but directly through the Roomzzz Aparthotel because by booking through Victoria with Airbnb, there is no benefit whatsoever. I actually got a better rate booking DIRECTLY through them and not Victoria. She also said something about the terms and policy which did NOT disclose any information as to what I would be able to get like clean towels, toilet paper, cleaning of the room, etc. etc. If you book through Victoria with Airbnb, you get NOTHING even if it is a long 30+ stay but if you book directly through the aparthotel, YOU DO get all these amenities no extra cost. I really do not understand how someone can list through airbnb and declare themselves a "host" when they have NOTHING TO DO with the place nor will you ever interact with them if you have any issues. BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THEM AND NOT AIRBNB with Victoria.

Room ZZZ is located right in the heart of Manchester and everything is within an easy walk. Victoria and the other staff are very attentive and eager to assist with any questions you may have. I would highly recommend a stay here.
