Freshly painted and thoughtfully furnished with organic mattresses, materials and down sofas. 2 king bedrooms plus open loft bedroom with thick natural foam queen pull out sofa bed, additional air mattresses, pack n play crib, extra bedding and blankets. 100% cotton luxury linens and towels. New dishwasher, new washer/dryer. Easy remote start gas fireplace. Old Maine barn table and teak patio table, each seat 8. Well-stocked kitchen amenities, SMEG coffee maker, lobster pot, Weber patio gas grill. Seasoned firewood provided for fire pit, 6 Adirondack chairs and hammock. Cove water views from common areas, bedrooms and backyard. Garden shed also enjoys sweet water view, patio heater and desk. 4 folding beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys ready to hit the sand. Bring your own paddle boards, kayaks and bikes or rent locally.

Great cottage for a relaxing getaway! Loved being near the ocean and state park with an easy drive into Portland for dinner or shopping. The hosts were lovely and very responsive.
Loved the place. Relaxing. Great facilities. A little disappointed that there were no real closets in bedrooms and no "master" bedroom...we were two couples and shared a bathroom near the two rooms. The one bedroom had a "tiny" closet and it was full of owners things. Lots and lots of clean linens and bedding, puzzles, games etc. Beautiful views. Ad said could walk from house through backyard to beach, but there's a small forest of tall ferns and bushes to walk through without a path and that was not for us. We took streets around to beach. Beautiful porch to sit and have coffee on...firepit was fun. Everything worked well. Host was extremely responsive when we had an issue with TV and smoke detector. Short Uber ride to Portland for restaurants and excursions. All in all, great house and location. These are very small issues. Would recommend!
The house is large and conveniently located. The weather didn’t cooperate with us, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoor spaces, but luckily it was cozy to curl up inside on the couches and airy living space with books and movies. Those lucky enough to be there in good weather can make use of the fire pit and provided wood (if not wet). As noted in a prior review, there are absolutely no pantry items in the house, so if planning to cook, come prepared. The house is well-stocked with high quality bathroom tissue and paper towels. Beds, bedding and couches were comfortable and extra blankets were provided.
Breathtaking views! The home is secluded and quiet, yet conveniently located to lots of great food and shopping, and downtown Portland. It’s also close to Bath and other incredible seaside towns. The house is well equipped with everything, has high quality appliances! We loved our time here!!

Well-maintained trails make for fun year-round walks/runs, with occasional park benches along the way to soak in the views.
Portland Head Light, the world's most photographed lighthouse, is 4.5 miles up the road at historic Fort William's Park, overlooking Casco Bay. Glorious, breathtaking views forever here, plus fun food truck with award-winning lobster rolls and whoopie pies!
Downtown Portland/Old Port and its nationally acclaimed restaurants, museums and shopping - including Harbor Fish Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and more - just 15 minutes drive from the cottage.
Hop on a sailing, fishing or lobstering charter, a whale watch, or take a kayak or ferry tour of Casco Bay and the Calendar Islands.
The famous LL Bean flagship store in Freeport - and so much more great shopping - is 26 miles north.
Relax in beautiful Cape Elizabeth.. sit back at the cottage fire pit.. sunset glowing over the cove.. air scented with salt, garden and woodsmoke.. endless waves rolling in.. and on foggy evenings, sounds of foghorns signaling!
Seaberry has parking for 3 cars. No street parking allowed in the area, but Kettle Cove has a nearby public parking lot. Downtown Portland/Old Port is 15 minutes drive. The Portland Jetport is 20 minutes drive. Walking and biking are great, well-marked alternatives for getting around Cape Elizabeth.
