Zuzu responded to most messages slowly and often did not address my question or concern. The listing was not accurate (there is no pool or gym) and the room was not as clean as I expect. Wifi was not functioning at all while I stayed. Cut my two week stay to one night after experiencing many problems at the property due to inaccurate listing and slow/poor communication.
