The location is great and the house is very nice. The beds are comfortable. The cleaning fee is usurious. For $799 I would expect the primary bathroom to be cleaner and in particular that the shower would not have all that mildew so that was disappointing. The kitchen is well equipped. The gas grill is great to have and we really appreciated the kayaks and SUPs. The website for Eastern Shore did not work for us. Also, the instructions from the rental company advised we needed to bring all sorts of things that were provided in the house ask we bought a bunch of stuff we did not need. I suppose that is a pleasant albeit expensive surprise? Really appreciated the desk as I had to work for part of the time. Nice place but that cleaning fee is not cool.

This house exceeded expectations. Outstanding view of the river. Everything was incredibly well kept. The house looked out of a restoration hardware catalog. We will repeat this stay.
