We had a great stay. Good location, near great restaurants and a cinema. Friendly building and good amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was ideal for our needs. Out view from floor 20 was magnificent and we had a small balcony. There is a nice selection of restaurants in easy walking distance and the shopping centre is very close for your daily needs. We did not have a car so used trains, trams and buses to get around. The PT app helps you plan a trip to virtually anywhere in Melbourne. We'll be back!

Great, clean, comfortable place with a lovely view in a great location. As others have said, picking up and dropping the keys off is a bit annoying but not a deal breaker. I would have appreciated notice by text or private message alerting me before I got to the venue that keys are not on-site and to please read checkin instructions. I only realised once I had read all of the checkin instructions whilst outside the building.

Location: really good! Easy access to CBD (20mins uber, 40 mins by tram). Some really nice local eateries & available on-site parking was added value. Check in: my experience with self check in to date has been by picking up a key from outside the apartment. In this case the key had to be picked up from another spot 7-8 mins away. Not the end if the world but it means extra travel costs if you are not prepared for it coming from the airport. Apartment: very clean and great distant city skyline views. If you wake up early enough the sunset is worth it from the bed looking out the full height windows. Other: kitchen was small but really nice. However not stocked with even any basic ingredients such as salt/pepper. Kitchen equipment was plenty. Bathroom was clean & comfortable to use. Only downside, make sure to bring some extra shampoo. Insufficient for 3 night stay & 2 guests. Major downside: they charge you extra for early check-in despite the apartment being available.

It's the second time I have stayed here. It's a great apartment with fantastic views whilst also being close to shops, cafes and transport.
