Kathy and Pete are the most amazing hosts I have ever met. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. So many extras I can’t list them all. They let us use their Christmas wrapping station. When our plane was delayed they let us stay another night at no charge. I can’t say enough.

Kathleen and Pete were the most incredible hosts. They were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and helpful. And the unit is beautiful, spacious, well-lit, and has everything we needed. This stands out as the best Airbnb experience we have had.

Pete and Kathleen are wonderful hosts! We have been returning to their home for a few years now to visit family in the area. During this visit we were taking care of our baby granddaughter and Kathleen set up a kiddie pool for her and brought down a child sized chair! We are relocating to Colorado and needed a place to reset as we prepared our new house for occupancy. This place was a little further away from our house than I was looking for, but their reviews drew me in. I was NOT disappointed. I would happily drive ten extra minutes to spend a week with Pete and Kathleen. I was grateful for the cold drinks and snacks in the kitchen for us when we arrived from the airport. We had everything we needed and they were so kind to loan us a few things to use at our house. I’m happy to recommend this beautiful, comfortable home to anyone looking for a home away from home!

Kathleen and Pete's place was immaculate, stylish and we arrived to some lovely special touches - snacks, coffee in the cupboard and a few drinks in the fridge. This is the lower floor of a house and it is spacious, the area quiet and the bed comfortable. There is access to the back yard and we enjoyed sitting out some evenings. As the A/C control is not in the unit, the first couple of days of our stay we did need to communicate with Kathleen and Pete to get the temperature adjusted (we were in Denver during a hot time of the year). But Kathleen and Pete were very accommodating and worked with us to make sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome.
