Modern apartment with pool, air-con and Wifi Close to beach, restaurants and Estepona port Apartment, Close to the sea. 2 bed 2 bath sleeps 4 Located: Puerto Blanco, Estepona, Estepona Port, Malaga This very modern apartment is about a 10-12 minute walk from the marina of Estepona. It offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a spacious balcony for outside dining or sun bathing. It is perfect for families due to the location and amenities. In the master bedroom, with its king-size bed and plenty of wardrobe space, you'll find the en-suite bathroom with its modern feel and white suite comprising of bath with hand-held shower, hand basin, WC and bidet. The smaller twin bedroom has two single beds and uses the family shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. The kitchen has all mod cons, including a small dishwasher, three ring cooking hob, oven and microwave. There is also a separate laundry area with washing machine. On the south-west facing balcony you’ll find a dining set for four guests, it is surrounded by glass panels to make it feel even more spacious. The lounge comprises of a dining table with four chairs, a comfortable three seater sofa and a flat screen television with its international multi-channel system, offering British, French, Dutch, German and Scandinavian languages. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with a new and efficient central system and has a high-speed fibre optic internet connection for your use. Within the urbanisation of Puerto Blanco, you'll find the large community swimming pool only a short walk from the property (around 200m). A car is not necessary but there is a private parking space in the secure underground car park if needed. All in all, a great family holiday apartment.

Piękne mieszkanie na cichym osiedlu z pięknym widokiem z góry. Bardzo blisko sklep Carrfour, ale trzeba zjeść ze stromej góry, dlatego polecam na większe zakupy jechać autem. Osiedle w rozsądnej odległości od centrum, blisko portu i restauracji. Gospodarz odpowiadał szybko, ale jedyną rzeczą, która mi nie odpowiadała było to, że za wszystko trzeba było płacić. Krzesełko do karmienia i łóżeczko turystyczne to 50€, myślę że mogłabym za tą kwotę kupić nowe rzeczy na miejscu. W mieszkaniu nie było podstawowych przedmiotów jak gąbki do mycia naczyń, worki na śmieci czy tabletki do zmywarki - musiałam je kupić, kilka sztuk na pobyt powinno być wliczone w cenę, a ja musiałam kupować dużo więcej niż potrzebowałam na ten tydzień. Oprócz tego w mieszkaniu nie ma dostępnych ręczników na plażę czy parasola, który jest niezbędny, aby skorzystać z uroków Estepony. Może nie bolałoby mnie to, gdyby nie to, że znajomi u innego gospodarza mieli to wszystko zapewnione. Klimatyzacja nie działała.
Le logement est propre, on a passé un bon moment mais l’inconvénient est qu’il faut monter une colline très raide pour y accéder, il est assez loin des endroits vivants, et malheureusement la piscine n’est pas dans l’immeuble même, c’est ce que j’aurais aimé savoir avant de réserver.
This modern two bedroom apartment is about 10 – 12 minutes’ walk from the marina of Estepona with its bars, restaurants and cafes. There are two supermarkets (an OpenCor and a SuperSol) within a few minutes’ walk and also a cafe which adjoins the gym/sports centre of "Las Mesas", which is just a minute away. An ideal location if you’re thinking about fitness during your holiday. There are two blue flag beaches in the vicinity - Playa La Rada and Playa del Cristo, both of which have chiringuito beach bars, where you can buy food and drinks during your beach time. The centre old town of Estepona with its flower lines streets and traditional shops and restaurants will take about 12-5 minutes to walk to. The Sunday flea market is held each week in the marina of Estepona and the large Wednesday market, selling all manner of things, is about four minutes away. All in all an ideal location for a holiday in Estepona.
