This was our second time staying at the Lodge. We're a group of ski tourers and returned to explore more of the amazing mountains and landscapes around Trømso. The Lodge is very cozy and comfortable. It is in a quiet area with beautiful views over the fjord but also an easy drive to a nice supermarket and not too far from Trømso. Sissel is very friendly and helpful. Another brilliant holiday there!

Je ne peux pas commenter le logement car 8 jours avant notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous a informé que nous serions hébergés dans la maison blanche située plus bas, sans autre explication qu' ‘’une situation avec la réservation’’. Elle nous a rappelé la possibilité d’annuler. Mais avec un délai aussi court, les billets d’avion et autres activités déjà payés, les autres logements devenus hors de prix, nous n’avions pas d’autre choix que de rester. L’autre maison était correcte mais n’avait pas le charme de celle que nous avions réservée. Par ailleurs, alors que nous étions 5, nous ne disposions que de 3 couettes 1 place et la propriétaire n’a jamais daigné résoudre ce problème, stoppant toute communication. Nous avons donc été très déçus de l’attitude de la propriétaire. Si vous réservez ce logement, attendez vous à devoir prendre l’autre et à avoir froid !

Veldig flott sted, synd det ikke er mulig å booke for kun en natt. Koselig og landlig stil med eldre møblement og godt med sitteplasser. Positivt med prosjektor og tv med Apple TV. Dog var alt av kjøkkenutstyr skittent og vi endte opp med å vaske alt før bruk. Mye støv både på gulv, vegger og benker. Toalettrom var også støvete og noe møkkete. Vi har ikke brukt sengeplassene, men sengene så gode ut. Perfekt sted til vennegjengen på skitur eller en roligere familieferie i Tromsø.

The house is a nice rustic experience and has a lovely quiet location by the sea, walking distance to a lovely cafe and yet an easy drive to the amenities of Tromso. Great to see reindeer in the garden! Sadly there were a few things that were not so great. The jacuzzi was broken which was a the main reason we chose to pay more money for this house over others nearby. For others thinking of booking this house we were told that they do not offer the jacuzzi anymore and do not plan to mend it. The rooms are not split as described in the listing, there is really one double room with a single bed and one dormitory with a small double and 3 singles. There is no washer and the dryer was not functioning. We also had some problems with the electrics, the fuses kept tripping which was a bit annoying.
