My girlfriend and I were in town for the MS150 and only stayed at Jennifer's place for a night, but it was exactly what we needed—and absolutely gorgeous! Check-in was easy and the property was beautiful (and quiet); we're excited to return next year!

Super cute little one room house. Blooming roses, rocking chair porch. Walked to diner for breakfast.Just as pictured. Very comfortable beds. Only complaint was sound at night from very close train and trucks going thru town. Also price was high for us because it was during Antique Show.

Charming vintage carriage house that has been beautifully restored. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the town square and 10 minutes from Round Top Antiques festival area. Carriage house was well-appointed with antiques and a small, but very functional, kitchenette. Beautiful lawn out back with a firepit, chairs, and lots of green space. Jennifer is a friendly and fun hostess, and owns a cute shop on the Fayetteville Square. We stopped by for a chat, and Jennifer sent us away with a bouquet of flowers that we got to select (as well as a few items we purchased!). Recommended!
