Aster is a comfortable country apartment near Venice located on the first floor of the Gastaldia. Once lived in by the carpenter of the estate, Aster has preserved all the charme of a traditional rural home: the beam ceiling, together with pieces of original furniture convey a sense of warmth, making you feel welcomed. Aster partly occupies the first floor of our 16th century Gastaldia, it has an independent entrance from the lovely courtyard, equipped with tables and chairs and available for our guests. The apartment features a large and well equipped kitchen with adjoining living area (please be aware that this is the only air-conditioned area in the apartment, while the bedrooms are provided with fans), three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Amenities such as wi-fi, dishwasher, oven and washing machine are to be found in the house. The swimming pool of the golf course, available for our guests, is 1 km from the apartment and can be reached in 15 min walk thanks to a pleasant shaded path or easily by car. Open in July and August from 10.00 to 19.00. Closed on Tuesdays. Use of the pool is subject to availability and is allowed for a maximum of 2 hours. Guests must book the use of the pool at least 24 hours in advance by sending an email to our office.

Très bel endroit pour se reposer, profiter du parc et visiter Padoue.
We enjoyed the stay. The historical property has apparently been family owned for may hundreds of years. It is a unique experience for people who enjoy staying close to nature. We were very welcomed by the team of Società and they were always promptly at disposal to answer any questions regarding the region. We highly recommend this "off the beaten" location. Thank you, and we hope to visit you again in future.

Frassanelle is a one of a kind estate in Veneto, and probably in Italy.
An oasis of peace deep rooted in history and art, the estate belongs to the noble Papafava dei Carraresi family since 13th century. The romantic park was accurately designed in 19th century by Count Alberto Papafava dei Carraresi, a romantic painter who transposed his passion for art and architecture into Nature; he imported several plants and trees from all over the world, he built the impressive stone steps that connect the Gastaldia to the villa, former residence of the noble family; he designed and built the caves, artificial and yet true reflection of the caves still existing in the park. Basically, he painted on the landscape instead of on canvas.

Cycling can be fun and our area it is particularly recommended and popular for its cycling routes, one of those will bring you to discover the hills (a circle of about 70 km), but a car is definitely recommended as it will allow you to see some nice undisclosed destinations nearby, such as castles, abbeys, medieval towns and...excellent wine producers!
