I did a long term stay at Jason's place and loved being there. I liked that the area was not in the heart of hustle and bustle of Seoul but you can easily get to the center of the city or anywhere else because there are two subway lines that are near by. They call Seongsu the Brooklyn of Seoul and true to that comparison, there are lots of hip restaurants, shops and cafes near. There have been so many times I'd see a SNS post for a "must see/try" place and they were walkable distance from here. The place is clean and roomy, especially with the loft bed area. But the best thing about the place is Jason. He was always responsive and helpful, even before I arrived in Seoul and throughout my stay, was always available and often went above and beyond to help me find things and answer questions not even related to my stay. I hope to come to Korea more often and when I do, I will be booking this place again. Thank you Jason!

Jason is an incredible host! So very kind and responsive, and extremely helpful. The place is in a very hot area of Seoul with a ton of great places to shop and dine. It can be a little bustling during the mornings, but very quiet at night. This is the perfect place for 1-2 people, and should make for a very comfortable long stay as well. Highly recommended!

The apartment is really nice and clean and equipped with everything you need. Also it is in a nice location close to several Metro stations and bus stops. Communication was great and fast. It was a very pleasant stay.

The place is clean, has basically any kind of amenity you might need stocked (towels, cutlery and knives, cups, extension cords, hair dryer etc etc). Getting in is painless and secure - little noise from neighbors and the location is in a very newly trendy area with a beautiful park and too many beautiful cafes nearby 10/10 stay.
