The villa opens into the hallway of the sleeping area: on the right there is the triple bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower. Next to it, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Both rooms have access to the garden. On the left, the kitchen and laundry room with a bathroom, sink and washing machine. The third bedroom with view on the sea is accessible from the kitchen and it`s a four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed. The beaches of Baia Verde in Gallipoli are less than 6 kilometers away, while the city centre is 13 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
