We had such a wonderful time staying in the Tampa area. The home was super nice with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and really pretty kitchenette/living room area. Our favorite was the balcony - a lovely view of palm trees and the water right on the bay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. The place was kept clean and felt secure. It was super easy coming in and out everyday and used it as our stop between daily trips to St. Petersburg's pier, Clearwater Beach, Chuhily Glass Art Museum, and Anna Maria Island, Longboard Key, and Siesta Key. It was the perfect location in between everything we wanted to see in the Tampa area.

Christine made accommodations for my changing travel schedule which allowed me to check in early, and that was greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at Christine's place. It was very clean, had all necessary amenities and a beautiful water view. The complex has a nice pool with poolside bar/restaurant. Parking was free and convenient. Christine was great about communicating check in and check out instructions and provided recommendations on things to do and places to eat. It was an easy stay and we appreciate the hospitality.

Christine’s place looks exactly like the photos. Very responsive and flexible to our needs. Pool bar was a great hang out day or night. We did almost all of Christine’s suggestions for restaurants and things to do. It was a great low-key vacation…just what we were looking for!

Christine is wonderful. She kept me informed & answered my questions once I arrived. The property was beautiful. The view of the bay was fabulous. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and me. The condo was very clean. The parking lot & common areas were well lit. I would definitely recommend this location.
