It is hard to adequately describe how perfect the Butterfly House was for our needs. We are a family of three generations, 7 adults and 4 children ages 5 and under. Todd was extremely responsive. When trying to plan a vacation between three different families it was very helpful to have my questions answered quickly. The house and guest house were beautiful as was the outside living area. We never left the house - ate all our meals in the very spacious eating areas. The lake and sand area was perfect for our little ones. I was surprised at how far out our older kids could stand in the lake. We did not rent a boat and the kids were completely entertained with the lake/sand/dock. Thank you Todd. If we ever schedule another family vacation on Lake LBJ it will definitely be at the butterfly house.

So beautiful and relaxing! Accommodates a lot of friends and family and doesn’t feel crowded at all! We loved every min and can’t wait to go back❤️

This was our third time to visit the Butterfly Beach house. It is beautifully updated, comfortable, and well stocked for any food prep you want to do. The casita has been enlarged and remodeled since we last visited and was perfect for my daughter’s family. The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable and the bedrooms on the other side of the house provide privacy for additional family members. We enjoyed the kayaks during the day and the ping pong table at night. Todd is very responsive and helpful with any questions. The grandkids loved playing in the water and the beach area makes it easy for them to get in and out with their water toys. Wonderful visit!

Beautiful property with great views, clean house and private beach. House had enough room to accommodate our group of 6 adults and 6 kids, lots of sitting areas inside & outside, fire pit and grill. Kids loved getting into the water using Kayaks that were available to use. Our host Todd was awesome and very helpful in prompt communications from the time we booked to check out. Don't miss the gorgeous sunset views!

Perfect house for gathering as a large family with kids of all ages. The view is spectacular. The house is squeaky clean and beautifully appointed with space and seating galore, indoors and out. Our family enjoyed the beach entry lake from sun up to sun down, nightly dinners on the grill, s’mores in the fire pit, ping pong matches, kayaking, paddle boarding and sand castles. The main house and guest house were extremely comfortable and provided an easy, relaxing setting that felt like our own remote island oasis. A very special place we hope to return to.
